This is Madiha Fatima. Today i am going to share some simple tips to overcome nausea in pregnancy. All the information i am going to share is based on my personal experience.
Nausea is the worst nightmare for me in my first pregnancy. Nothing in the world can completely fully prevent this but yes there are some ways to help relieve morning sickness.
1. Take some sips of cold water or any liquid you like.
2. Divide your meal in smaller portions. Don't starve.
3. Walk for at least 10 minutes after having your meal.
4. Drink green tea whenever you feel nauseaous.
5. Eat whatever you feel like eating.
6. Try to take your prenatal medicine at night.
7. Drink lemon water to relieve morning sickness.
8. Try to engage yourself in some healthy activity to divert your mind. It will also help you overcome nausea.(Thats what i experience)
I hope if not all then some of them will definitely help you out in this situation.
